We are a growing tech scale-up, dedicated to driving innovation with our dynamic and international team.
Your mission at Datenna:
- You will craft a comprehensive sales strategy and lead its execution with your team.
- You will identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities for the Datenna SaaS platform within the European government market.
- You will build and maintain relationships with high-level government officials.
- You will use your in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes to create accurate sales forecasts using CRM systems.
- You will lead and manage inside sales, field sales, customer success and marketing teams, and coach and mentor your colleagues.
What makes you a great candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in selling services or products to Western European governments, especially national security and economic security-focused organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and closing complex 7-figure deals in a competitive market.
- Experience in full-cycle sales
- Fluency in English is required, French or German is a plus
- Passion for geopolitics and economic and national security
