The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Datenna, you will drive our hiring strategy for tech and product talent, identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates who share our mission. Leveraging a data-driven approach and innovative sourcing techniques, you will influence and optimize recruitment processes to support our rapid growth.
Your mission at Datenna:
- Find and attract highly skilled candidates to join Datenna’s mission, using creative and targeted sourcing methods.
- Conduct research to identify talent pools and understand hiring trends, developing strategies to effectively engage top talent.
- Use data-driven insights to streamline and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we grow.
- Champion a high-quality candidate experience, continuously improving touchpoints to reflect Datenna’s values and commitment to excellence.
What makes you a great candidate:
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a scaling tech company
- Comfortable discussing technical roles and requirements with product and engineering teams, with a passion for tech recruitment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (we use Recruitee) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proactive in enhancing candidate experience and fostering a welcoming recruitment journey

Skill Assessment In the final stage, you’ll undergo a skill assessment tailored to your role. For technical positions, this will be a technical interview focused on your specific expertise. For other roles, you’ll take part in a case interview that evaluates your problem-solving and analytical skills.
