The Role: As an IT Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of our back-office technologies, including hardware, software, networks and systems. You’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on guidance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This role combines technical expertise with people management, making it ideal for someone passionate about mentoring and fostering a high-performing team.

Your mission:

·      Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

·      Develop and manage IT budgets, including procurement of IT equipment and services.

·      Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

·      Oversee IT operations, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and availability.

·      Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

·      Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Lead incident response and on-call processes.

·      Own and execute the technical roadmap and long-term strategy development.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their technology needs.

What makes you a great candidate:

Experience:

·      7+ years in IT roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position.

·      Proven track record of managing and mentoring technical teams.

·      Hands-on experience with back-office systems, including CRM, MDM, HRMS.

·      Proven work experience in high-security environments.

Technical Expertise:

·      Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., AD, Office 365).

·      Proficiency in managing, observing & monitoring endpoint management platforms.

·      Solid understanding of CRM solutions.

·      Deep expertise in office networks.

·      Experience with incident management, problem resolution.

·      Knowledge of ISO27001 (access control and identity management, incident response, endpoint security, network security, application security, data protection and encryption).

Leadership Skills:

·      Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

·      Experience in budget management and resource planning.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·      Proven success in delivering complex projects and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have:

·      Experience with configuring RADIUS servers.

·      Familiarity with network detection and response systems.

·      ITIL/COBIT/CITM/CGEIT/CISSP certification.
