Customer Success Specialist

We’re currently hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our expanding CS team here at Datenna. You’ll have the opportunity to work with geopolitical decision-makers and to guide our government clients to use our China intelligence platform to the best of its ability. Working with your own portfolio, you’ll host onboarding & training sessions, along with regular workshops to identify opportunities to upsell. You’ll develop a long-term strategy to ensure we’re constantly evolving our understanding of our customers' needs.

• Similar working experience within Account and/or Project Management

• Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a team player

• Ability to present high-level information as well as detailed demonstrations of our product

• Strategic & empathetic - you’ll have the inner drive to exceed clients' expectations

• Ability to effectively manage projects and prioritise competing business needs

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business/Economics/International Relations/China Studies or any related program, focus on China is a plus

Responsibilities:

• After an onboarding period at Datenna, you'll own a government client portfolio and be the face of Datenna for our international clients (this includes business travel)

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the Product Owner and China Research Team, to ensure our client concerns are being taken care of

• Monitor clients' health and steer as needed

• Gather insights to feedback to the Engineering team to ensure new product features fit our client’s needs

• Identify opportunities for the sale of additional services to clients
