The Role: As Business Operations Support at Datenna you’ll be at the intersection of office and community management, HR, Business Development/Marketing and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused support with practical, hands-on responsibilities. Each day brings new challenges and new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Your Mission at Datenna:
Office & Community Management (50-60%)
Ensure smooth daily operations of the Eindhoven office
Coordinate vendors and service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies)
Coordinate travel and mobility services, such as NS Business Cards and travel reimbursements.
Organize internal events and celebrate milestones like birthdays and anniversaries
Welcome guests and handle practical office logistics
General Administrative Support (40-50%)
Be the first point of contact for new employees and lead the onboarding week
Help with HR projects: onboarding materials, employee handbook
Support the People team with employee requests and ongoing HR processes
General administrative support of the CFO and BD/marketing function
What makes you a great candidate:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
Completed HBO-level education or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a willingness to learn Dutch.
Detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded with a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and supporting a diverse, inclusive team
